Our primary fee structure is based on headcount. We charge a rate for a full time embedded bilingual HR professional. We are able to do full headcount, half headcount totalling 80 hours per month and down to quarter headcount which would be 40 hours a month.
We also charge a success fee for specific pre-agreed targets.
Our HRBP services are much less expensive compared to traditional consulting firms (such as big 4) but give similar level of advisory in addition to the hands-on acquisition. For in-house, I could argue we are a similar cost for equivalent experience/skill but without the risk/long-term commitment of full-time hiring.
