Whether its benefits, compliance, employee relations or any other challenge many HR organizations are stretched for resources. By leveraging one or more outsourced people partners you
can accelerate your HR initiatives without requiring the commitment of an additional full-time headcount.

Our team members have extensive experience working inside and with top foreign and Japanese HQ companies in the local market. We are passionate about helping companies improve their people function and pride ourselves on helping many dynamic companies and executives break into or expand rapidly in the Japan market.

You can engage our HR consulting team by contacting us through the contact form for an initial assessment of your HR needs, scope, and business objectives. We will then propose an engagement model aligned with your priorities.

As an embedded HR consultant for businesses, we streamline HR workflows, clarify governance, and align HR policies with local regulations.
Our approach simplifies recruitment and HR operations through structured frameworks, stakeholder coordination, and scalable HR processes adapted to the Japanese environment.

Our primary fee structure is based on headcount. We charge a rate for a full time embedded bilingual HR professional.  We are able to do full headcount, half headcount totalling 80 hours per month and down to quarter headcount which would be 40 hours a month. 

We also charge a success fee for specific pre-agreed targets.

Our HRBP services are much less expensive compared to traditional consulting firms (such as big 4) but give similar level of advisory in addition to the hands-on acquisition. For in-house, I could argue we are a similar cost for equivalent experience/skill but without the risk/long-term commitment of full-time hiring.

Outsourcing HR with consulting services provides immediate access to experienced specialists without the cost and delays of building a large internal HR team. It allows organisations to scale their HR function flexibly, especially during market entry, rapid growth, or organisational restructuring in Japan.
